IT Help Desk Specialist
Location:Atlanta, GA - Corporate Office

Job Responsibilities:
Performs testing, delivery, installation and moving of computer workstations and peripherals; performs minor repairs and maintenance on systems and peripherals. Installs and configures hardware and software in accordance with standard procedures and work order specifications. Performs routine-type functions under direct supervision and within established guidelines. Provide user support utilizing excellent customer service skills and works as an effective team player within IT dept. Able to multi-task and take on new tasks as assigned. Always serving an internal and/or external client. Being accurate and timely is a must. Each transaction or task must be handled in a way that positively spreads our reputation. Keeping our word 100% of the time and working everyday to see that obligations are met which may frequently result in unscheduled overtime.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT environment, preferably a multi-office, professional services Firm

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field

  • Proficient in the current versions of MS Office, Windows, Adobe Creative Suite, Android and iOS mobile operating systems

  • Experience with Autodesk products a plus

  • Willingness to provide unscheduled after hours support

  • Travel may be necessary
